The first step we take is to ensure that our equipment is chosen and built in a way that prepares the footage for our unique editing style. We edit our footage the same way that Hollywood studios edit their movie footage, and that first begins with filming in what’s known as LOG color profile. Filming in LOG is the technical term for having a very flat color/contrast profile, resulting in an image that has preserved the details in the highlights and the shadows. This allows us to apply our edits the way we intend, instead of being at the mercy of the conditions of the filming day.

Yes! Absolutely. We encourage customization. Your wedding day is as unique as you are, and we approach each wedding as an opportunity to tell a different story. We want to build a detailed plan that is designed to highlight the details that truly represent who you are.
That’s a great question! We’re extremely passionate about our craft. We pour our heart, souls and bank accounts into what we do. Our equipment is extremely costly, and so are the computers that’re fast enough to edit everything. We believe our prices reflect what it costs to make these films, and more importantly, they reflect what they’re worth.Â
If we’re outside of your budget, feel free to reach out. We’re always open to finding out a way to work with those who truly connect with our style.
We use a large array of very. specific equipment that was specially designed for capturing events with a very cinematic vibe.
• Cameras
Our cameras are all true cinema cameras, using full frame sensors, low compression ratios, 4K resolution, and high frame rates, for extra slow motion moments.Â
• Lenses
In addition to the cameras, we use only prime lenses. No zooms. That means sharper footage, with an extremely shallow depth of field.Â
• Gymbals
We use a mixture of Freefly Systems and DJI’s newest motorized gimbals to give that classic hyper smooth Hollywood look.
• Second Camera Angle
We don’t use tripods or monopods. We use gimbals, and a preprogramed motorized sliding rig during the ceremony, and reception for a second, and third angle (when a second filmmaker is included). All of our cameras are moving at all times.
• Lighting
Lighting is key. Without light, cameras don’t work. Our eyes are trained to recognize what characteristics create “quality lighting”, when we’re filming. Our camera systems are built from the ground up to operate in low lighting environments. In addition to this, we bring along mobile studio quality lighting for key shots.
• Audio
Ever watched a movie while working at home? Audio convey’s more of a story in movies than the visuals, and we believe that it is an extremely important vessel for carrying the story of your wedding day. We us an array of studio audio equipment, from 360 ambiance microphones, and highly directional shotgun microphones on our camera rigs, to multiple wireless lavalier microphones for the groom, officiant, and persons giving the speeches, as well as a direct tap into the main broadcast system for your venue.

We will film the getting ready portion, beers with the groomsmen, or anything else before the ceremony. It’s all up to you, and we want to plan it all out in detail. We encourage creative activities in the morning that express your personalities.Â
Yes! We film everything in 4K, and we deliver in 4K.
Why is this important?Â
It’s all about quality, and future proofing your tangible memories. Even YouTube began publishing content in 4K over 12 years ago, and we’re absolutely dumbfounded to see professional wedding videographers still delivering their client’s work in standard HD today. How is their footage going to look in another 10 years?
